Banja Luka College and the Institute for Serbian Culture Pristina – Leposavić have signed an Agreement on Business and Technical Cooperation, establishing an institutional framework for long-term and systemic collaboration.
The agreement was signed on February 10, 2026, in Leposavić by Dr. Marija Jeftimijević Mihajlović, Acting Director of the Institute, Prof. Dr. Mirjana Milovanović, and Prof. Dr. Nenad Novaković on behalf of Banja Luka College.
The objective of the Agreement is the development and enhancement of cooperation through joint professional and scientific activities, the exchange of knowledge and information, the strengthening of educational and research work, and the connection of personnel and institutions in the Republic of Srpska, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the Republic of Serbia.
This Agreement confirms a shared commitment to strengthening academic, cultural, and scientific ties and creating a foundation for future joint projects.
The first result of this collaboration is a scientific monograph authored by Prof. Dr. Mirjana Milovanović and Prof. Dr. Nenad Perić, titled DIGITAL MARKETING – Digital Channels, Social Networks, E-business, and Branding Strategies in a Contemporary Environment, which will be published at the end of February this year.
